Cancellation Policy:

Drizzling, light rain, or gray skies are not reasons to cancel or reschedule. There is no refund, however, we offer to reschedule, after deducting the crew's fees, for another day if there's room.
Cancellations due to storms or bad weather that the captain/coast guard considers leave clients or crew at risk: 100% refund after deducting financial fees (wire transfers, credit card fees, etc.).
Cancellations 72 hours before the charter 50% refund.
Cancellations 7 days before the charter 100% refund after deducting financial fees (wire transfers, credit card fees, etc.).
Cancellations after 72 hours do not have a refund, however with a 20% penalty fee we might reschedule if there is room another day.
Catering (fulfilled by a vendor): Does not have a refund. Guests may receive the food at their address if the charter is cancelled.
