We recommend booking your spa appointments in advance to ensure the desired time and therapist is available for you.

We kindly request that you check in a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled. When possible, we will accommodate late arrivals. Unfortunately, if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival, your treatment time may be shortened and charged accordingly.

Valet parking is discounted for spa guests. Pool and Beach Access may be purchased. Aquanox Spa amenities include: Steam Room, Sauna, Showers, Lockers, and a coed lounge room with healthy snacks and infused water. The Spa is an adult environment for relaxation and tranquility. The use of spa facilities including locker rooms, steam room, sauna, and showers are reserved for guests 18 and older. The use of cellular phones is not permitted in the spa.

A robe, slippers, and a locker will be provided to you upon arrival at the spa. Please disrobe to the level of your comfort.

Children under 14 are not allowed in the gym.

Children 14-15 years old, are allowed with parents present in the gym. Parent/guardian must sign the Gym Guest Minor Disclaimer and Minor Consent Form for Gym (available at the Spa desk).

Children 16-17 years old are allowed. No parent needs to be present, but parent/guardian must sign the Gym Guest Minor Disclaimer and Minor Consent Form for Gym (available at the Spa desk)

All guests are required to wear appropriate footwear and workout clothing while in the fitness center.

Please advise our staff if you are pregnant, recovering from a recent surgery, or have any existing medical conditions or allergies. A spa waiver is required to be filled out prior to the start of your treatment.

All treatment times are reserved for you and placed under the room number of the hotel guest or held with a credit card. As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24-hour notice be given to cancel or change an appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW or same day cancellation appointments will be charged a $50 service fee for each appointment reserved.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and room charges. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to your bill which includes a 15% gratuity for your therapist. Additional gratuities are welcomed at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with the service provided.
